This is the first disappointing meal at this Arby?s I?ve had. It was around 6:30 we ordered 2 reg. Roast beefs large curly fry and 2 drinks and 3 cookies not heated. Got to the window to get our food girl handed us our drinks my small strawberry lemonadehad like 4 pieces of ice and had way too much strawberry syrup very sweet. They had no Arbys sauce and the fries we still rawneeded about 3-4 minutes in the fryer and the cookies were heated up. Very disappointed

Classic French Dip with Swiss is to die for! Dip the sub roll into the au jus sauce, then taste the juicy combination of the sub roll au jus sause, roast beef and swiss cheese. Repeat until there is none

The girl at the drive-thru has no idea what chicken salad is. Does not understand when you request a chicken salad sandwich. Apparently she doesn't even realize it's on the menu. Maybe train your employees better or hire some smarter ones that know whatchicken salad is! ????????????
