During my visit today, I brought this up and then went to my car to place an online order. The app said my sandwich would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I came back just 10 minutes later, I found it sitting on the shelf. The bread was dry, the sandwich was flattened, and the ingredients were falling out. It was excessively salty, despite me not asking for any salt. I've decided not to return to Subway. The last time I ordered through the app, they also messed up my sandwich. Although the renovations are nice, the food and service used to be much better.

On February 16th, after her practice, she visited a Subway around 8:30 PM to order a turkey sub. Within an hour, she began vomiting and had trouble breathing; it became clear that she was experiencing anaphylaxis. We had to rush her to AAMC ER for treatment due to cross-contamination, as I learned that Subway now offers peanut and jelly sandwiches. It's crucial that your food preparation staff is informed about such allergies. The next day, I called to report the incident, hoping to speak with a manager, but I ended up talking to someone who seemed inexperienced. They assured me they would relay my concerns.
