We waited a VERY LONG time for our entrees. People seated after us were served their meals before us. The waitress apologized but that was about it. Disappointing because we really like Bettini.
My wife wasn't satisfied with the preparation of the halibut she ordered, but the staff immediately addressed the issue without hesitation. They took her dish back and quickly brought her the outstanding swordfish entrée that I was enjoying, ensuring we could eat together. The customer service was truly exceptional!
Service was good but we felt rushed , prices are high for the portions P
Great food and service in a very nice setting. also the drinks were well made and very tasty
