The staff was overwhelmed, trying to manage too many tables, which meant that even the small two-top tables received little to no service. The food was mediocre at best, and one meal was inedible due to poor preparation. The manager only approached our table after I requested a pencil to sign the credit card receipt, and even then, he only offered an apology. To make matters worse, my credit card wasn’t returned, and I only noticed it when I got home. I will be going back to resolve this issue.

Christmas Eve: eating was good, well prepared and creatiw. but from the time we were on the parking lot, a full 2 minutes too late for our sitting, we felt like... read more Christmas Eve: eating was good, well prepared and creatiw. but from the time we were on the parking lot, a full 2 minutes too late for our sitting, we felt like on a timer or stopwatch. less than 5 minutes after our sitting time we got a call when we went in and tried to determine if we were still coming. the service in the evening was efficient for a disorder. the first cursor was taken in 5 minutes. before we finished the appetizers, they cleared our place for the main course; and before we finished our main course, they asked if they could take our tellers. to say we were rushed through the evening is an understatement. they made what a relaxing and pleasant Christmas dinner should have been, a hurried ordeal. I know you think you have to turn the tables, but really?
