Eating was extraordinary. varied menu. I had a Mexican stew that was delicious. the wine list was good. it was eating it over the top and great location.
Alchemy offers an exceptional dining experience with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The aromas were remarkably vibrant, and the dishes were rich and satisfying. Our experience suggests that this is a restaurant to visit in the upcoming season. During the height of summer, the restaurant tends to be noisy, the service can be rushed, and the food may not be as delightful.
Great place with a wonderful dining atmosphere. I just wish they offered some local beer options.

Alchemy serves wonderful food with fresh local ingredients. The flavors were unusually intense and the food itself was rich and satisfying. Our experience has been over the years that this is a restaurant to visit in the off-season. In the middle of summer, the restaurant becomes noisy, the service more rushed and the food less delicious.
