A year ago, when I had a broken back and limited mobility, the staff at this restaurant truly went above and beyond to assist me. They helped me sit down, get my meal, and even brought back refills for my drink. They weren't obligated to do any of this, but they were incredibly friendly, even during their lunch rush. One of the managers personally delivered it to my home, and to my surprise, it included a brownie and a $10 gift card as a gesture of goodwill. The delivery was prompt, and the food was hot and delicious. The manager was friendly and courteous, showing no frustration about having to make the second delivery.
