I have been waiting in the car line for 40 minutes and still haven't reached the window! This is unbearable, I will never come back here again. Who knows how long it will take next weekend, but I won't be finding out!
This restaurant experience was terrifying. The parking lot was littered with trash and debris. The interior was dirty and the machines were not working, so there was no order number to track. There were no condiments, napkins, or straws available. The food took forever to be prepared and was lukewarm when it finally arrived. The staff seemed clueless and unorganized. I will never dine here again.
The food was overcooked, dry, and unpalatable. The staff appeared unhappy and unenthused. Some may be stuck in a dead-end job, but at least some show passion and provide customers with quality service and products.
I stopped by KFC on my way to Keswick on the A46. The parking was decent, and the staff were friendly, making for easy access. The food was up to the usual KFC standard. The restrooms were a bit cramped, but that’s to be expected at a rest stop. Overall, I would definitely recommend it for a quick break if you're traveling eastbound or westbound to the Lake District!
Unfortunately, this kfc has been in the back for some time, passing through the closed, no to roll for automated ordering, coffee cup lid for the softdrinks and huh was dry and only warm left feeling I'm risking to eat their food. I'm sure you need. some investment and standards that raise.
