They offered to m... read more I had mentioned that there was a vegetarian in our group when I made the reservation, but when we arrived, they had run out of veggie burgers. They offered to make a pasta dish instead, which my friend chose. However, when it came out, it was a butternut squash curry and lacked flavor and presentation. There were no accompaniments like naan or chutneys as promised. I asked about the meat options available and was told beef, lamb, pork, and chicken, but only pork was offered on the menu. The pork dish was overcooked and had strange marks on it, the sauce was bland, and the vegetables were overboiled. The Yorkshire pudding was subpar as well, and we had to use steak knives to cut through the meat. One of my friends who prefers her meat well-done couldn't even finish her meal. The shrimp dish looked nice though.
