The restaurant offers excellent food that caters to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The dining room is stunning with a beautiful fireplace and ambiance that creates a cozy atmosphere. The service is fast and friendly, and they offer free Wi-Fi. Additionally, the restaurant is extremely pet-friendly.
I had mentioned that there was a vegetarian in our group when I made the reservation, but when we arrived, they had run out of veggie burgers. They offered to make a pasta dish instead, which my friend chose. However, when it came out, it was a butternut squash curry and lacked flavor and presentation. There were no accompaniments like naan or chutneys as promised. I asked about the meat options available and was told beef, lamb, pork, and chicken, but only pork was offered on the menu. The pork dish was overcooked and had strange marks on it, the sauce was bland, and the vegetables were overboiled. The Yorkshire pudding was subpar as well, and we had to use steak knives to cut through the meat. One of my friends who prefers her meat well-done couldn't even finish her meal. The shrimp dish looked nice though.
The menu on the website is not what is in the offer, very long wait with just a few tables in the pub, eating came cold after a long wait. pasta pasta pasta was pasta with melted cheese. what a shame when we all really thought about it. for that. it seemed all nice and clean and friendly staff.
