I had breakfast at The Odd Captain this morning and it was clear that they were very busy because they were one of the few cafes open on New Year's Day. The service from the staff and management was excellent. Their efforts to exceed expectations were very apparent. The coffee was the best I've had in Echuca. I would definitely recommend this as my top choice in town for food and drinks.
A group of 16 netball players were in search of a tasty breakfast spot, and they found it at Odd Captain Cafe. Everyone ordered breakfast and the staff had no problem accommodating us and ensuring that we all received our meals simultaneously. The food was wonderfully fresh and reasonably priced. I highly recommend dining at this cafe.
We wanted quick service before boarding the PS Emmylou Murray River cruise. We both ordered the barramundi, which was delicious. The service was fast and left us with time to enjoy other activities. There was a good variety of food and drinks available. We are happy to recommend this restaurant.
Absolutely amazing food. Fantastic friendly service. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend

The next coffee shop to the port. Friendly service, good food, good coffee. Feels a local for many of the locals! A visit worth
Service friendly, welcoming and attentive, good coffee and great breakfast. Visit Tassie, beautiful lively town on the banks of the Murray. Well worth a stop

The employees were too busy to get their attention paid and abandoned so easily. Try a café next time.
Beautiful views of the river and the streets of Echuca. Nice service from the team, good food and coffee. Very recommended.
Asked if they had a table inside because my visitors from Queensland were feeling the cold: Don 't care where they 're from. Asked if they could omit the salami from the pasta: OK, so you don 't want the pasta. Started to order food: I 'm doing the milkshake first.
