What Mukie C likes about Tai Baan Bakery:
Good sponge cakes, and love their taro buns. View all feedback. What Harmon Harvey doesn't like about Tai Baan Bakery:
Typical HK style western bakery. The products are a bit hit miss sometimes. I got a BBQ pork filled pineapple bun (great), egg tarts (ok, bit disappointed they weren't the puff pastry tart shell), and red bean moochi (really dried red bean inside, the glutinous rice dough outside were really runny sticky). Solid offer, if you know what's good to get. View all feedback.

Tai Baan Bakery in Eastwood is a must-visit for anyone craving traditional Cantonese bakery treats. Offering an array of delicious pastries and cakes, this bakery is known for its freshly made egg tarts that are simply irresistible. The bread rolls are soft and filled with flavors that have stood the test of time, attracting a loyal following. While some new Westernized items may not appeal to everyone, the classic sponge cakes and taro buns remain crowd favorites. The bakery also excels in creating beautifully presented whole cakes, with options such as fresh mango and chocolate chestnut that are light and not overly sweet. The efficient staff, clean environment, and reasonable prices further enhance the overall experience at Tai Baan Bakery. With a wide variety of buns, cookies, and cakes baked twice daily, this Chinese bakery is a top choice for those seeking quality baked goods in the Eastwood area.
