Owner is exceptionally rude. I asked her to summarize the cards for me and while she knew I was fluent in Korean, she practically dismissed my skills by suddenly speaking to me in English. It's crazy when people look at you because you're a young woman and especially annoying when you're a customer paying for a drink. Bad ownership, bad sales. That's what you get.

Terrible customer service. We ordered waffles and during the meal the owner tried to kick us to put an outside drink on the table. We knew outside things weren't allowed so we didn't even touch/open them. We asked if it wasn't allowed to just put an outside drink on the table without touching it and she said yes. Seriously, I don't understand the rules of anything outside, but you have to be sensible. Of course you don't want to trade :S

Honestly I don't know why it has such a low review. I think it's a good spot to chill at night and the selection is not too bad (but it's the menu ripped off the main OB so not much they can change) I would say quality isn't too bad, ambience is ok but the one problem I have is it is quite loud. People generally get really rowdy here and I would honestly control this Overall however it's not too bad and service is decent.

It's convenient enough and there's a bit of everything. We got waffles, sundaes and cakes to share. The waffles were not crunchy, but the ice cream is quite delicious. The sundaes for one are actually made to for-one portions, but presentation and taste is average. We also got passion fruit cheesecake and tiramisu. The passionfruit cheesecake had a funny texture, feels like baked cheese cake that has been put in fridge for too long, a little rubbery and dense (dehydrated). The tiramisu was much better. Drinks: when I first started coming to OB, the drinks looked amazing... but as I came more often to study the art and expertise became dull and there seemed to be a lack of effort put in. Don't get me started on the whipped-cream hot chocolate... looked Vibe isn't really great worse so when the boss is here male, middle aged man, curly hairMain reason of coming is to study advertises free wifi, haven't had wifi the past 2-3 weeks... either they changed the wifi because they didn't intend to make this cafe for students to study and want to shoo them or there is indeed a problem with the wifi, which even so, coming the past 2-3 weeks with no wifi? better put some effort into...read more
