What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
This Dunkin' Donuts is the worst I have ever been to. The girl who works there is always extremely rude and seems to have a chip on her shoulder. They close off the lobby without any apparent reason, forcing customers to order through the window where they only accept one order at a time, causing long wait times. My daughter and I stopped here while roaming around downtown and checking out the shops. The man who was working was very friendly and efficient. He made our drinks exactly the way we asked and had a great spirit about him. The customers were even friendly and we made conversation while we were in there.
