I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I ordered a Chai Tea Latte and it was made incorrectly, the employee not only tried to correct me but also insisted to other employees that the drink is made with espresso, chai syrup, and milk. She claimed that all lattes are made with coffee, but in fact, "latte" literally means milk, not coffee. I was then forced to pay for another drink to have it made correctly. It seems that now there are multiple employees at this location making poorly tasting Chai Lattes. This is very disappointing for me because it is the only thing I usually order from this restaurant.

Awful experience. It took twenty minutes to receive two sandwiches and there was no apology, just rude and dirty looks the whole time. If they had been at least polite, I wouldn't have been as upset about the wait.

I usually love going to Dunkin' Donuts, but my recent visit was disappointing. The service was extremely slow and my toasted bagel was smashed and completely inedible. Despite asking for light butter, the staff member put on way too much and ignored my requests to stop. Additionally, the single bathroom was out of order during my visit on Tuesday, May 2nd at 9 am.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEE switch the morning girl back to the girl that was there up until last month WE LOVE HER, never had a problem with anything, and she always knew my exact order before I even got to the counter and had it ready right fast, I hate going to this dunkin now everything is a mess the new girls attitude is always so hostile.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The employee I spoke to yesterday around 3:30 was incredibly rude. I ordered a coffee and that was all fine. I asked her if I could use the bathroom because I had just driven two hours and she rudely told me the bathroom was closed for the day. I asked again, because I really had to go. She told me no again. Pennsylvania state law prohibits a business from operating without being able to offer a bathroom. This I will also be taking up with the corporate office. After this, I got my coffee (which tasted terrible) and went outside to look for another bathroom elsewhere. I watched said employee leave the Dunkin and pass me down the street, where she proceeded to have a shouting match with a woman on the street with her child. Do yourself a favor and get your coffee elsewhere.
