I've had probably every item on the menu at some point and everyt... read more Sushi Ninja is the only sushi restaurant in Alpha, NJ. Fortunately, it is uniformly excellent! I've had probably every item on the menu at some point and everything is great. It's a nice little space for dining in, probably only about six tables in total,but the staff is friendly and very nice. The takeout can take some time so plan ahead when ordering for pickup.

But the last order I received was just awful, all the fish tasted wrong and the tuna was just gross… this kinda of fish should never make it to thecustomer… there is no excuse Update for owner’s reply The picture says it all… would you eat that tuna? It has a greenshine to it and it’s mushy and not firm at all.. and the order was placed today 7-11-22 if you care to know
