The customer service is good, but the portion sizes are small. They cook under a 24 pack of Krystal's and only serve 5 of them with one side. I have never experienced such poor food quality. If I didn't live 35 minutes away, I would have returned for a refund. Who needs a crystal refund anyway?
I may have stumbled upon a disappointing restaurant one night. I was craving fast food like White Castle, but they didn't have Krystals. I decided to give it a try anyway. The meat was grey and the bread was soggy.
I just came from there and they got all 3 of my drinks wrong and especially my krystals wrong also I got the half no pickle and the other with well most of them had no one and then I heard the dame in the window say she didn't care that she went to home anyway?
This has to be the worst ran fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The lunch and dinner shifts are slow... and act like your a problem for wanting to eat there. Just close this one down and put in a different food place or fire every manager and the Franchise owner for not caring enough or doing even a mediocre job. Your wasting a great location for something else that can actually benefit East Ridge.
