Taco Bell - East Ridge

Was there @7.30 on 3-10-22, line was almost up to ringgold rd secured. I would normally have left, but my wife had already paid online for what is useless, because they don't start preparing for the food until you tell them you are there, and you can't even pick it up. they are really scary. my advice.

Went through drive thru, returned home. Was jonesin' hard for a chicken quesadilla but it was completely dry (no sauce what so ever). Drove back to store. No biggie as I live right down the street. I respectfully kindly showed them the error again, no biggie. They fixed it though everybody stood around looked as if I was an inconvenience. No apology. The store was dead, inside at drive thru, upon my return as well as upon purchase. Not COVID but a lack of concern for others quality of ones' work (however miniscule) which will bring us all down. Just another personal reminder for me not to waste my funds time at such establishments.

Closed at 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday!! I think the owner is going to have to make some hard decisions about figuring out how much pay it takes to get people to work. Maybe follow Chick-fil-A's model. They don't seem to have near as many staffing issues. If you're going to run a business you need to have it open as much as possible. Too many times I've been by here and they've either run out of something basic that they should have been able to see they were running low on, or they're closed. This place has never had a problem attracting customers but apparently they're not willing to pay the employees enough to collect the money that people are trying to give them for their product. You have to do better than this!

3 times out of 5 they get the order correct (hence 3 out of 5 stars). When it is correct it is great. When something is missing or made different than we ordered then it isn't great.
