read moreNestled in Peoria, this modest barbecue restaurant delights patrons with its mouthwatering menu and swift service. Diners rave about the pulled pork, brisket, and burnt ends, complemented by house-made sauces that elevate each dish. While the ambiance is simple and somewhat dated, the generous portions and flavorful sides, like potato salad and baked beans, make up for it. Staff are consistently welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience, even during busy times. Though parking can be tricky and some dishes may vary in preparation, the overall consensus points to a rewarding BBQ adventure worth revisiting.
