The $5 boxes advertised online with 2 pieces of chicken—1 drumstick, 1 thigh, a side, and a drink—actually cost $6.99. The 5-piece tender meal was $11.99. In total, I ended up paying over $27 for... just chicken! It felt like I was being taken advantage of.

Unfortunately, they forgot one item, which would be understandable, but it seems like this happens every time I visit. It’s frustrating to drive 20 minutes just to pick up one missing item, especially when we still received the sauce that goes with it. We shouldn’t have to check our bags every time we place an order. I am very disappointed – 0/10.
