Very hard to fine good, authentic Trini food in NJ. I ordered buss up, curry chicken, potato and pumpkin.. The buss up was white and dry and the curry chicken was not cook properly had a unfinished after taste from not cooking the curry long enough.Is it that hard to cook Trini food if you from Trinidad!! The doubles and pholourie was too gooodd! Haven’t tried the curry goat roti i ordered yet. The tamarind sauce is 10/10. Got our food quick too
