We spent a lovely day in Oundle and popped into The Talbot Hotel Eatery Coffee House for lunch. My mom had the fish and chips, which she said was very tasty, and she loved the tartar sauce! I order the Talbot burger, and I was very disappointed with it the burger patty was dry and tasteless and the bun wasn't fresh. Pretty overpriced burger for the quality. the evening meal for two was an excellent one that surpassed the expected surpass. some interesting dishes on the menu: for the main thing was the ochsenwange tasty, tender and with a delicious jus, while the numb with noodles was also very good. However, the treacle disc should contain treacle, not only sirup. beautiful dining room in an old hotel and excellent service by eliza. View all feedback.
