Filiberto's Mexican Food - Feedback

What Mac Ci doesn't like about Filiberto's Mexican Food:
I placed a phone order and paid ahead of time. I got a nessage the order was ready for pick up. When I get there the guy refused to give me the food. He said i neeed to show him some app. I told him it was phone order and prepaid. He said he can't give me the food and slam the window in my face. I've been going to this location for a very long time. I never had a problem. I always get the shredded chicken burrito, and it is way better than any other location. The red sauce is fantastic, other locations are very watery and lack any taste. If you are ever in the area, you gotta gotta give this location a try.
