A brief walk through the Town Centre of Bishop's Stortford at about 9:00 confirmed my partner and I's worst fears: as lovely as the town is, we could find nowhere amazing-looking for breakfast before the long ride up to Birmingham on public transport. Arriving starving at Stansted from foreign parts and needing a Transport Cafe experience we found this place only ten minutes drive from Long stay Parking. The cafe suggests parking across the street in the Waitrose Car Park. Very rapidly decent coffees and great breakfasts appeared all wishes fulfilled! Be aware it is _Cash Only View all feedback.
