Wendy's - East Franklin Township

The place was full of happy employees that were moving fast. It was a busy time of day and I did have to wait a bit but they made it go smoothly. The dining area was very clean and I enjoyed my meal, it all was great!!

Y’all are freaking disgusting. The other night I witnessed one of the employees putting hot burgers into plastic bags then in the fridge. That is the most unsanitary thing I’ve ever seen. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. Another note my nuggets were hard as a dang rock too the same night. Very very very disappointed.

Love the flamethrower ...... Wish they added a little more of that spicy sauce to it but they are just great

Used to go here all the time, but may be reluctant to return. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was very dry. Had trouble chewing it. The gourmet fries were a very small portion for the price that was listed.

Rarely get hot fries. Employees look dirty and so does the kitchen area. The menu has what would be good food. Maybe other locations are better but this one is pretty meh. Sometimes I've had a good meal here. For what fast food costs these days, the quality of the experience needs to be much higher or I will spend money elsewhere.
