Kfc - Kittanning

I arrived to find there was no chicken ready, and I ended up waiting 30 minutes for a 16-piece order. When I finally got the chicken, the skin wasn't even crispy. It's hard to understand why there wouldn't be chicken prepared at 5:30 PM, especially since it's what the restaurant is known for. On a side note, I noticed one of your employees had a Fox's pizza delivered to the store, which looked really good. It's disappointing to see the people cooking the chicken opting for pizza instead.

The food was tasty, but I would prefer my chicken sandwich without pickles.

I visited the restaurant on May 10th at 9:24 PM and was disappointed to find out they were out of chicken. I decided to order the chicken tenders instead, but I received just eight small pieces of chicken along with a half bowl of coleslaw, and they charged me $26 for it. Everything was cold. If KFC doesn't have any food available, they should either turn off the lights or be upfront and say they only have cold leftovers. I wish I could give a rating of zero, just like the service I received from the staff member there. It's no surprise that the place was empty. What happened to serving chicken hot and fresh? I definitely won't be returning.

Ordered threw drive threw said they had no dark meat, would white be ok? Said sure, get to the pick up window said there was an upcharge (which they said nothing about). KFC expensive enough... Just got our of hip surgery wanted grab and go home.Managerrude good place to get a runaround

Would like to give ZERO stars! Thought I?d give this place one more chance- big mistake. I was the only customer and waited 20 mins for my food. Once home, I discovered I was Missing a mashed potato, and a Cole slaw. Chicken had no taste, and the originalhad dark colored breading dripping in dark overused fryer grease. Workers paraded in and out, unusual bunch. Screaming comingfrom the back kitchen area, and One worker loudly shouted, ?I guess I?ll have to go to the bathroom at Walmart!? Never again.
