We chose this on holiday because we thought a local cafe would appreciate the custom more than a chain but quickly regretted this choice. Filter coffee was watery and food was made on the cheap. 'Vegetarian ' sausages are just shaped mash potato and peas and children 's chicken nuggets tasted of fish. I've eaten in Sarah Jane's a number of times over my last 2 visits to the UK. It's convenient to the Hospital, where I was visiting my mother during her stay there. The food is really good at reasonable prices served by friendly staff. The decor is nice and there is inside or outside dining. Thoroughly recommended.

Dipped for a takeaway tea. very friendly staff and full of happy customers. reasonable prices too.
I have this facility 5 stars not because I eat there, but because of the great service I was offered on a take. my wife and I came by late the afternoon and asked if they had sandwiches to take to the left, they did not offer to make two fresh balls for us and they were very good and delicious.
