The 2 new what appear to be Managing couple really have no organisational skills and literally have no problem leaving people sat around waiting for meals, without an ounce of empathy or interaction to show that they are progressing with their meals or even care about it. When I heard my number being given out to another diner I checked to make sure we were still on the orders list and was met with you are progressing when I reminded him that we had been waiting for over an hour in what was no where near a busy period. I was told what do you want me to do? When i asked for some empathy i had an instant Well thank you for that character assassination , I am no longer talking to you and walked away. Clearly there is no where near enough staff either but with attitudes and lack of customer focus it 's going to be going downhill rapidly.
