Manners Cafe - Ealing
Manners Cafe
Description
Nestled near Boston Manor station, this family-run café offers a cozy atmosphere and a diverse breakfast menu, making it a favored spot for locals and visitors alike. Patrons rave about the warm, friendly service and the variety of hearty options, from traditional English fry-ups to healthier alternatives like omelettes and fresh juices. However, some recent guests expressed disappointment with inconsistent food quality and customer service, citing issues such as unexpected price increases and outdated practices like plastic use in takeaways. Overall, while the café has its charm and loyal customers, it faces challenges that could impact its welcoming reputation.

Terrible customer service with the owner just grunting at my wife when she asked for butter and not margarine. When they came to total the cost of the breakfasts , they tried to charge us £30 ten pounds MORE than it should've been. We walked straight out before they got a chance to get their utensils out!
On a cold, wet day, a fresh hot coffee here is a must... Nice and relax place...
Visited Manors cafe, was not given a menu, placed my usual order but was really shocked that my small breakfast that normally includes toast and a coffee for £4 had doubled in price. Really disappointed as I’m disabled that’s a lot of money for me. A 100% increase is unacceptable especially for a loyal customer. Won’t be going back.
