While some found the food disappointing, others praised the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. The menu, which includes international options alongside pizza, may be overwhelming for some. However, the restaurant's pleasant ambiance and excellent service make it a good choice for family outings or casual dining. Despite some inconsistencies in the quality of the food, Pizza House Mediterranean Restaurant seems to be a popular spot, especially for those looking for a warm and welcoming dining experience in the Ealing area.
We have booked a party of 8 for a 5.45 slot as we had to go around 7 to attend a concert around 7.30 although some members of the party were too late, most people around 6.00 No-one received their main course (in some cases the only curs) until 6.45 despite several accusations that the performer in the party as soon as their food was ready. the staff waited for the delays to be taken, and then everything was served in absolutely the last minute. the personal seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of diners, and communication was difficult due to language difficulties. my lasagne was overcrowded and inconspicuous. I'm not going back.
Generally friendly staff ... But play area slightly outdated .. Can't wait for the refurb!
Found this restaurant on Opentable and was not dissapointed with quality and price of the food. Seemed quite popular with a nice atmosphere and the overall experience was very pleasant.
Had a lovely meal at Pizza house for my wife's birthday before we headed out to meet friends. Food was great, and they were not stingy with the portion sizes (our starters were almost main meals! . Seemed a great place for group bookings, but not sure it was the most romantic of places to eat. Not a bad thing, but wouldn't recommend for a romantic meal for two.
Tucked away in Ealing this really was a very lucky find when making a last minute booking in an area I don't know well. My family (who live nearby) have been back since and confirm it was just as good the second time. It's lovely to see good, family run, local places performing so well against a growing number of chain restaurants.
