After some decorating we were tired and just wanted looking after and feeding. My escalope of veal Milanese was pure comfort food. Delicious al dente spaghetti and a lovely breaded escalope. Chris had an enormous plate of tagliettelle which he really enjoyed. Pleasant efficient service, if you want traditional English/Italian food, this would be it. We came here a few years back, a couple of times, and enjoyed it the... View all feedback.
What what na doesn't like about Dante:
An okay Italian at very reasonable price opposite Ealing Common underground station. The pasta was done just right but the Carbonara overall was disappointing, with very runny cream sauce that didn't blend with the pasta and bits of processed ham rather than fried ham lardons.Certainly not gourmet, but fine for a quick bite if you are hungry.Attractive décor and friendly service. The food was very tasty, and the atmosphere was perfect for a Saturday evening. We will definitely return.
I visited on my third evening and I should have visited earlier. I had the best fillet steak I've ever eaten! I was staying at the Hilton Doubletrees where the food is not very good. Dante is well worth a visit. Great food, great wine!
Visited last night with work colleagues. Staying at the Hotel at the end of the street. Ordered the fillet steak with cheese. One word amazing!
The food was absolutely excellent, top quality. Will definitely be back on a regular basis! Had 3 courses and could eat more.
I had read about Dante on Tripadvisor but was not aware that it was within walking distance of the hotel. We had lunch there. I ordered a Margherita pizza and my friend had a scrumptious looking bowl of pasta with pomodoro sauce. We dined there on a Saturday and it was not that busy. Food was excellent !
