I previously gave this a one star, but that was during COVID. I recently revisited and the store has been renovated and is much cleaner and more modern inside. The food is average quality. I don't know that I'd go here if I didn't have a coupon.
I went with my daughter at dinner time and they had closed dining eating because of lack of staff. There were no signs so we had to go through the drive-thru and eat outside.
The dining room is closed until further notice. I ordered with the App and the pick up location as directed by the app is the drive thru. I was driving a larger truck towing a trailer so I had to walk thru the drive thru per the Wendy's app at whichtime I was told they could not serve me because I was on foot. After explaining that I was walking thru the drive thru becausethat is where the app directed me they finally served me. The soda machine was also not working but they offered me water withmy combo meal. I like Wendys but this location is not managed well.
The new Wendy's french stick toasts are amazing except for when Wendy's doesn't give you any maple syrup for them. I also ordered a combo and the potatoes were cold so I went back through the drive-thru... Made me late to work but what is Frenchtoast without syrup.
The staff had a poor attitude and didn't seem welcoming or friendly. There were no name tags, so I can't identify the specific person who was rude, but I did notice she had a nose piercing. She was reluctant to take our order and insisted we use the self-checkout kiosk, which was quite disappointing!
