Som... read more We've been going to Schnitzel Garten for years. It is the single most consistent restaurant in Eagle. Consistently good and there never has been an off-day. Sometimes you'll go to a place and the food won't live up to the last experience you had there. It's never that way with Schnitzel Garten. It's a great experience if you love German food or want to try it!

I love the traditional layout... read more I don't get to come here often, but when I do I over eat. The food is always cooked to order and has pretty darn authentic flavor. I love the traditional layout of open seating that encourages groups to mingle and visit. I have never had an empty glass or needed to ask for anything no matter how busy it was. There is a good selection of Germanic beers for those that enjoy barley water. Stop in and order up some great German food. You won't be sorry you stopped.

I lived in Germany for 3 years and I feel this restaurant does a good job of serving authentic style fare. The beers are excellent. The prices are on the high side and you have to wait a little longer for your food, but the foodand size of the portions is worth it. You must make reservations or you may not get a table.

This wonderful dish is... read more First time here, but definitely not our last! We ordered the Bayerische Schlachplatte Bavarian Meat Sampler and we were not disappointed! This wonderful dish is served with a pork shank and four mixed sausages, served over the top of red cabbage (rotkohl), sauerkraut, and, in our case spetzle. We also enjoyed the Apple Strudel (Apfelstrudle) for dessert. Of course, we washedit all down with a couple of liters of Spaten. Service was also excellent. Looking forward to our return soon!
