I love it absolutely here. eating. the small details as they decorate the plates. the drinks. the personal. they are all so friendly. this business obviously makes something right with eating and working with! highly recommended.
Very, very slow service took this down to 3 stars from four. Bright, open space. Unfortunately the service was horrific. The server seemed to be by us all the time but never bringing anything we needed or asking if we needed anything it was very strange. The food was all pretty good but nothing was spectacular. The charcuterie board had way too much bread and not enough meat or cheese. The calamari appetizer tasted good but it was quite small. The salmon with lentils was quite tasty. The Maitake mushroom entree was quite delicious and highly recommended. The brown butter rice crispy dessert was tasty but not as good as everyone else had made it out to be. Maybe once Covid is past and they can get more servers things will be better.
WOW! Not only is the food here absolutely incredible but the atmosphere is unmatched by any restaurant in the area! The assembly is also incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. They even offer wine tastings!!! I couldn't recommend this restaurant more!!
We’ve had dinner at the Assembly a few times now and it’s been great at every single occasion. All the cocktails, appetizers, entrees, deserts and wines are wonderfully crafted and “assembled”. The service is always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you were in Europe you’d have a Michelin star for sure. Just exquisite all around! We look forward to our next meal already. I took a moment to share my thoughts on The Assembly, but my review was removed. I would advise against believing all the 5-star ratings for this restaurant. It didn’t meet my expectations, and I doubt it aligns with what most locals would truly appreciate. It seems like a place where you need to eat and drink beforehand to avoid disappointment. Be cautious! Many of the reviews feel quite insincere.
