I have had dinner at this Ti Amo several times in past visits have always had a pleasant experience. This past Saturday’s service was awful. We had a 6 PM reservation and were seated in few minutes after arrival but were jammed in a corner wobbly table next to the door. Each time the door opened we were hit with a blast of cold air. It was 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. The waitress seemed very rushed , took our drink order, but the drinks bread arrived moments before our dinner. She asked if we wanted fresh parmigiana cheese for dinners. We said yes, but it never arrived. Brought us dessert menus but never came back to ask what desert we wanted. Brought our check, but another person came to settle our bill. Maybe it was just the busy holiday weekend but will make me think twice before returning.

Excellent service and excellent food! Hailey took great care of us. Scaloppini Di Pollo was delicious and would highly recommend it. I'd never had Vail Brewing Company's Gore Creek IPA, and even though it's in a can, it was very tasty. Very light citrus taste and a nice creamy foam. The Creme Brulee was satisfactory. Would recommend and we'd go back. Food: 5
