What Gabriel Curry doesn't like about Subway:
Bebe, their lead trainer, was incredibly rude to the customer in front of us in line and also to us. The food was fine but the customer experience was terrible. If this is the type of person they have in a leadership position I worry what the rest of the team’s behavior is. I frequent this location a ton as it’s by my work and easy to get to. However, I think I am going to be changing where I go, I can’t just eat the frozen veggies any longer!Pros:-Food does taste good, usually-Solid locationCons:-The same two people work here every time I visit and they like to give a little sass depending on the order (usually if you order a wrap)-Veggies are frozen about every other time I come in-They don’t like to work very quickly and lines of 5+ people are common-On multiple occasions one of the workers who was off shift will sit at a table on their phone just cussing at someone they always are pretty loud-How is subway more expensive than Jersey mikes?Overall, the food is usually good, but takes a bit to get it sometimes. Workers don’t seem to be rushed to get people’s orders going and get a little annoyed if you want something a certain way. I won’t be coming here anymore as I am tired of frozen veggies and not have accurate or quick service.

3 employees—2 at the register and one stocking food. All looked at us standing in front of the food but no greeting or request for our order. We stood there several minutes then walked out. Still no reaction to our presence. Not good customer service!!!!!!
Terrible shift leader took my order and was very slow not friendly at all the veggies were clearly old and still put it on my sub staff is clearly not
Veggies were frozen, not wrapped well, slow service, workers couldn’t remember more than one item at a time, dirty fingerprints all over, workers were happy and friendly but also talking with each other the whole time and struggled to get food
