I dont need my server roasting me for my decisions of what I want on the sandwich AND ignore my requests (he toasted my sandwich after i said no). If only i knew his name but they take off they're name tags to save face.
This is the second time I've come here during a lunch rush and they only schedule two employees, there were about 15 people in line and the employees were working very very slowly. Will not be coming back
They were out of almost everything, they had flies flying around and on what was available. Restaurant was dirty and left with sodas that were carbonation only.
I placed and PAID for an online order 02/12/22. When I got to the restaurant the doors were locked (11:45am) and the employee said that they will NOT open the doors for me OR make my order because they were busy with a larger online order. I asked for mymoney back and they refused. I had to GO BACK that day at 4pm (when the doors were unlocked) and ask for my money back. Someonenamed CODY is the owner/manager and if he is reading this, you and I need to talk. Please reply to this review with times whenyou will be at the store.
Prices up quite a bit and not nearly the fixins Subway used to have to personalize your sandwich, but it was okay. It was really busy midweek at Noon (all seats occupied and 4 more sets of people in line behind me), so you may want to considertiming. All in all and okay place
