When I got to the restaurant the doors were locked (11:45am) and the employee said that they will NOT open the doors for me OR make my order because they were busy with a larger online order. I asked for my money back and they refused. I had to GO BACK that day at 4pm (when the doors were unlocked) and ask for my money back. They are constantly out of products for your sandwiches and never have any cookies available. Today I went in and got 2 sandwiches, cost was around $16.00. Got home and both the sandwiches were made on hard stale bread. The ends were rock hard and the whole sandwich crunched when squeezed together. Neither of these sandwiches got toasted. The worst service I've ever received from this franchise. It took 20 minutes for them to serve three customers. They were crossing over themselves. Customers we... read more The worst service I've ever received from this franchise. It took 20 minutes for them to serve three customers. They were crossing over themselves. Customers were jumping in line. And customers were allowed to add to their order online holding up the till for another 5 minutes.
