I contacted the manager, Ryan, and he ensured that I received excellent service. The pizza is outstanding, but on this occasion, it just didn’t have the same appeal. Nevertheless, I will certainly return. I'm not quite sure how to respond to your message, but I appreciate you getting back to me. I prefer my pizza uncut, as that’s the essence of a true Chicago-style pizza; slicing it diminishes the experience for me. I don't like to waste food, so I decided not to ask them to remake it.

I pointed out that the rest of my order would get cold, but they suggested that I take it home and come back for the pizza. I found this suggestion somewhat unreasonable. They insisted this was the best solution they could offer. As someone who operates a customer-facing business, I would have taken responsibility for the error and replaced the entire order. Unfortunately, I'm now left with a negative impression as a loyal customer.
