On Thursday evening we entered what felt like a pariser bistro and were welcomed by Chef/Owner franck bacquet himself as the live music for a warm and welcoming... read more On Thursday evening we entered what felt like a pariser bistro and were welcomed by Chef/Owner franck bacquet himself as the live music for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. our waitress kim was very knowledgeable about the menu that changes daily, depending on what is fresh. she led us into the "Wein Library", where chef franck helped us to get the perfect bottle of wine to complement our selected dishes. we started with the seafood flat bread as our appetizer course and it was excellent. I had this lamb and my mother had the calf. Both were perfectly prepared and delicious. we finished with a common chocolate mousse that was light as air and some espresso. it was a perfect meal and we're gonna be 4sure again.
