Apparently, they no longer have a breakfast menu, but I couldn’t get a clear answer from the person on the speaker. I’ve now been waiting 10 minutes for a single chicken slider. The employee at the window was visibly dirty, with food stains all over his shirt. I don’t know why I gave Arby’s another chance—no matter the location, it’s always a huge disappointment. After an additional 15 minutes, my food finally arrived, but I don’t understand why it took so long for something they just poorly microwaved. Even the bun was burning hot from being microwaved so long. Avoid this place at all costs.

It seems Arby's hasn’t caught up with the fact that the pandemic is over, according to government guidelines. This is quite disappointing. Not everyone has a car to use the drive-thru. They should either expand the drive-thru service or just move past these outdated restrictions.

The young man who took our order was incredibly amusing, and we had a fantastic time exchanging jokes with him. Our meals were served promptly and delivered directly to our table.
