It?s very difficult for me to make this a 1 star when I?d rather give them 0. This could be a misunderstanding but from my point of view the hours of operation state ?open until 9pm?. If that is accurate then food should still be served. I?ve come here at8:30 and I can understand that you are closing up. But 7:45?? If you plan to close up shop at 9pm then just say your hours ofoperation are until 8pm to not further confuse people
The service was amazing! Very upbeat and kind people there. And the food was freshly made and put lots in the box
One star is too generous. This has to be the most poorly managed Panda Express I’ve ever experienced. Panda corporate really needs to step in and provide some training on how to properly prepare and serve their food! I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt several times, but I can't do it anymore. The dining room is almost always closed, and they're frequently out of certain menu items. I ordered broccoli beef, but the broccoli was completely raw, cold, and had no sauce on it at all (they could at least microwave it for 30 seconds!). They forgot to include soy sauce in the bag but packed in about 20 packets of sweet and sour sauce instead. The manager instructs the staff not to prepare food after a certain time to save costs. The list of issues goes on and on. The only positive note is that the young employees seem to be doing their best with the situation they're given.
I ordered the broccoli beef today, and it was simply broccoli and beef. There were only about 8-9 small pieces of beef in my large entrée, and the broccoli was undercooked and raw.
Don't waste your time coming after 7 PM. Since COVID, the restaurant has decided to stop serving food after that time, only offering a few select entrées or telling you that you'll have to wait 20 minutes. I hoped it was just a one-time issue, but over the past two months, every time I've tried to visit after 7 PM, I've been told they have stopped serving food.
