The staff genuinely cares about their customers and makes a real effort to ensure you have a pleasant time. The portion sizes are generous and perfect for sharing. Everything is served hot and fresh. After relocating to Portland in 2000, our visits have sadly b... read more My family has been frequenting New Chan's Palace since we first moved to Eagle Point back in 1999. After relocating to Portland in 2000, our visits have sadly been reduced to just once or twice a year. However, I am always welcomed as a valued customer, and my preferred order of Wonton Soup is sent to the kitchen before I even look at the menu! We have never been disappointed with any meal we've had there, with our personal favorite being the pork fried rice. No one makes it quite like they do, not even in Portland's Chinatown.

I called in for a pick-up order, but when I got home, I discovered that we hadn’t received... read more I was quite disappointed with both the service and the food portions. I called in for a pick-up order, but when I got home, I discovered that we hadn’t received all of our items. I called the restaurant to inform them, and the only solution they offered was for me to drive back and collect the missing food. Since it's a 20-minute drive each way, that's not an option for me. Additionally, I found the portions to be unreasonably small for a Chinese restaurant.
