Yopo's - Eagle Pass

To be honest, it was only this year, 2022 that I went to Yopo for the first time. I don't know why I took so long. I loved it. I love the taste of burgers (amuse) and fried pimples (delicious). The different salsas they have taste great. My wife gets the Chile Tacos, and this is also very tasty, sometimes spicy, but always good. Do not know how it is when there are people because we always go to opening hours, but the time of service is fast. It is a clean restaurant and staff always nice and friendly. Let's go.

The service wasn't great.. the cashier was rude and kept walking away while we were trying to order. Although I wasn't a fan of the cortadillo the enchiladas, rice and beans were good. Best part was I found my favorite Mexican soda pop there.

This place is good. A lot of people in the line, because only one cashier, taking orders on the phone and only one cash register. After taking our order 5 to 10 min. Waiting, they bring your meal at the table. A lot of sauces, drink fountain. Clean bathrooms but missing paper to dry hands. Chicken strips cook ok but smell. Torta was good with French fries. Drinks, ok.

Self serve, corn chips are about $3 an order, they were great. I had the fajita plate. Reminds me of Mama Margies/Taco Cabana style of food when it comes to the Mexican dishes as they also have burgers on the menu. Plates and burgers around $10. I will be returning to try out the burgers.

The food was alright but they do need to add more seasonings for their meat and beans . I hope the food is better when I come again . Ps not a bad place to eat I had worse!
