Looked really good but Saturday for lunch apparently was a bad time.Service: 1/5

I wanna start this off by saying I USED to love rusty taco, I would go there at least once a week for lunch and tell all of my friends and family that they have... read more I wanna start this off by saying I USED to love rusty taco, I would go there at least once a week for lunch and tell all of my friends and family that they have to try it. Their employees were nice and talkative and the food was great, a little bit on the spendy side but it was worth it. I’m not sure what happened to this location over the past year but the food has been slowly declining as of about 6 months ago. I had my first extremely bad experience on cinco de mayo, which I realize is a busy day for them, however they had at least 6-7 employees behind the counter and the restaurant was not very full. I placed my order around 5:30 and during that time span was treated extremely disrespectfully, the manager told the employees not to talk to customers unless they were spoken to the employee was just asking me what the name was for the order so he could check for me) he had an attitude with multiple customers including myself. A few other employees were also rude when I checked in on my order because I waited for OVER 2 HOURS for 4 tacos and queso.Today I was in the area and decided to stop in again to give them another chance, since I knew they were a little busier because of cinco de mayo. I placed an online order of two tacos with queso shortly before they opened because I figured they’d be quicker since they had just opened. I arrived about 10 minutes later, I walked in and the place was kind of a mess- they had their sweatshirts on the counter that they prepare food on, the employees drink cups scattered around and just overall dirty. They told me it would be a couple minutes before my food would be ready, which is fine I get you just opened and need a couple minutes to get everything ready, but on the other hand they should’ve been ready to serve customers when they open the doors. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes until I finally got my food. When I sat down to eat my food I was extremely disappointed, my tacos barely had any fillings, meat especially, and my chips and queso was so disgusting I actually ended up just throwing it away, the queso was liquidy and separated and the chips were almost dripping in oil.All in all I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again and I hope this place can clean up their act for customers that are unfortunate enough to waste their money at this establishment.
