Is this hotel under construction? Yes, but it didn’t really bother us. Our room was nice, and the pool was great and generally not crowded. Housekeeping is only every few days, but if you need anything they can help. My kids loved the pink lemonade in the lobby and the chocolate waffles at the complimentary breakfast. Beware the airport shuttle does not start until 4:30 AM. This was the main amenity I needed from this hotel and they were unable to accommodate me. In general the hotel is weathered and the floor I stayed on was ripped up for remodeling.Rooms: 3/5 View all feedback.

The sofa bed needed sheets and pillow. Had to ask staff but only 1 person was working so took longer than expected (and it was later and I was ready for bed). Love the shampoo and lotion in the room. The fitness center was great with plenty of equipment but nothing to wipe down equipment after use. Nice that towels were available though. The hot breakfast was good with lots of variety. The room on first floor was cold but manageable. Upon checkout, had to wait for someone at the front desk to come back from whatever they were doing.
Room felt small and smelled terrible of urine/dog. Didn't realize until we looked it up then that it's a pet friendly chain, so heads up! Continental breakfast was a good variety. My kids enjoyed red velvet pancakes and strawberry lemonade in the lobby.Rooms: Be aware they are pet friendly and our room had an awful odor.

Hotel is in disrepair. We had to switch room because of “crud” and drain cap laying in the middle of dirty tub. Staff was super nice and moved us to another room. Very musty. Lots of hotel choices in the cities and this was a bad one for us. It was expensive at around $200 night for a poor quality stay. Very disappointed.
