I placed an order through the app to pick up in the drive thru. There were about four cars in front of me. I pulled up to the intercom and stated I had a pick up order. I expected to wait to get to the window for my drink however someone walked it out to me so I could be on my way. What a nice surprise and such great service! View all feedback. My family ordered three drinks and they screwed up every single one. Vanilla white mocha came as just a white chocolate mocha. Kids hot chocolate came as a full temperature hot chocolate (supposed to be 110 degrees max). And my matcha latte had zero vanilla in it. The staff making drinks today clearly don’t know the SOPs and need more training. View all feedback.
