I placed an order through the app to pick up in the drive thru. There were about four cars in front of me. I pulled up to the intercom and stated I had a pick up order. I expected to wait to get to the window for my drink however someone walked it out to me so I could be on my way. What a nice surprise and such great service! View all feedback.
What Matt Clark doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
My family ordered three drinks and they screwed up every single one. Vanilla white mocha came as just a white chocolate mocha. Kids hot chocolate came as a full temperature hot chocolate (supposed to be 110 degrees max). And my matcha latte had zero vanilla in it. The staff making drinks today clearly don’t know the SOPs and need more training. View all feedback.
Barista not friendly. $7 latte that I could barely drink. The milk tasted burnt, but was too hot for me to try in store. Restrooms were clean and fully stocked.
Fabulous location! They helped me out big time when I messed up an online order, and made sure I got what I needed when I needed it.I come here all the time and really enjoy the location and atmosphere. Highly recommend! Very cozy, fantastic (consistent) drinks, and great staff/service.
Latte was correct order, hot, and on time this time. I asked for two shots and got what I ordered.
