The balance of flavors is very well managed. The chef deserves his two stars. After reading the reviews, I had two concerns: 1- The speed of service. We specified that we didn't want to stay at the table for more than 3 hours. This was the case as the restaurant wasn't full). 2- The atmosphere with the servers. Indeed, there was one server who was very cold with an attitude that didn't make you want to linger, but we didn't encounter him often. Special mention goes to the youngest server who was very dynamic, very professional, and very pleasant. In terms of price, the best compromises are the €55 or €75 menus. For the menu with the most courses, the value for money €195) is less appealing. But considering the ambiance and the details like the silver cutlery, I think the price is quite reasonable.
