We spent a very good weekend at the Pré. Refined kitchen and full of discoveries, very comfortable and personal room with small care. We will return very quickly with great pleasure. Bravo and thank you to the leader and all his team.

It was a pleasure to discover Chef Xavier Beaudiment's cuisine and the flavors and culinary message he wanted to share with us. On Sunday evening, my nephew invited us to enjoy the Sunday evening menu, and everything was perfect. The welcome, the service—from the maître d'hôtel to the sommelier, not forgetting the various staff members—it was a seamless and attentive performance, showcasing exceptional professionalism. We'll definitely be back soon.
A Sunday evening menu for €75 at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, in a refined, understated setting with a lovely aesthetic touch… Run, don 't walk! As a restaurateur myself, having worked in four different Michelin-starred establishments, I was more than pleasantly surprised by the price and the quality of the food served (the menu that evening was based on herbs, iodine, and mushrooms—very refreshing and original). Having followed the restaurant 's evolution—no star, then one, then two (well deserved, by the way)—even though I rarely go there, this remains my number one spot if I have something to celebrate during my stay in Clermont-Ferrand. Thanks again and congratulations to the team!
