We visited this restaurant on a trip to Durham for the Lumiere festival. We were very pleased that we had booked, as the restaurant was packed and the staff had to turn people without bookings away while we were there. Despite it being at such a busy time, the service was very prompt, helpful and friendly, the food tasty and well presented and we very much enjoyed our meal. We would recommend it as a place to dine. Avoid this place at all costs! I had to give at least 1 star to leave a review, but my experience was so terrible that we ended up leaving without even eating. The woman at the front reception was disgustingly rude, aggressive, sarcastic, and behaved like a bully towards us.
