What Joan likes about Vin Rouge:
There were 6 of us in our party and the receptionist accommodated a quieter place for us to sit so we could all talk and hear each other. That was very nice. I am a guest in Durham so I considered the price to be a little expensive but it was worth it. (hence the 4 star) View all feedback. What สมหญิง มหานิยม doesn't like about Vin Rouge:
We have been Vin Rogue customers for many years. This time I thought the food was just okay. We ordered the fish special which was grouper , 3 tiny minuscule clams and green beens. Food was not hot at all and the sides with the dish were very mid . Will still go back as this could just be anomaly and maybe just ordered the wrong thing. View all feedback.

read moreVin Rouge offers a truly authentic French dining experience in Durham. The atmosphere is reminiscent of old Parisian charm, with attentive servers and a long wine list featuring classic French choices. While some find the prices to be a bit high, the overall experience is described as lovely and worth it for a memorable evening. The food, while not always perfect, shines in some dishes like oysters, beet salad, salmon, and apple bread pudding. The ambiance is perfect for date night or dining with friends, and the noise level allows for easy conversation. Wa Jeal offers a delicious and well-priced lunch deal and excellent service in a charming setting, perfect for an enjoyable meal. The restaurant week menu at Vin Rouge is described as spectacular, with delicious dishes like grav lox, trout, and bread pudding. Overall, Vin Rouge and Wa Jeal are both highly recommended dining destinations for those looking for great food, atmosphere, and service.
