I waited at the drive-thru for a frustrating half an hour after my card was charged. One employee was at the register, leaning her head on the counter, while the rest of the staff disappeared into the back out of view.

Disappointing! I hadn't eaten at a Hardee's in quite some time, so I decided to give it another shot, but that was a mistake! The Frisco burger was cold (the cheese didn’t even melt), and the fries were terrible—bland and cold!
