I’m not sure who is... read more The food was a bit better than typical fast food quality. We chose to sit outside, and there's a shared public seating area at Erwin Square. I’m not sure who is in charge of keeping it clean, but it was noticeable that some homeless individuals utilize the outdoor space. I would recommend that the restaurants clean the tables daily. Overall, I rated the restaurant three stars, but I feel that's a bit generous.
